COMICS: Genius

This is a really difficult comic to look up, because its title is so generic, and the only cover image I could find is this:

...which looks like the worst kind of crap.

BUT various reviews I've read have had nothing but good things to say about it and Warren Ellis (an author whose opinion I trust) said it was excellent.

He summed it up as "What if the greatest military mind of our generation was in a high school girl in south central L.A.?" I'm paraphrasing, but that's the general idea.
